Last year, I wrote about my great web hosting experience with Exabytes and today, I will continue write again about Exabytes. Recently, Exabytes network has expanded to Singapore with Exabytes.sg. The services and prices offered by Exabytes is very competitive compared to any local web hosting company.

As for today, I registered quite a few domains and collect for myself, and recently I just bought the domain kahpeng.sg from Exabytes during their SG Domain Fever promotion. The price is dirt cheap for the 1st year, and the following 2nd year and so, still cheap comparable to other web hosting company in Singapore. I know about the pricing because I did some homework on the domain price lately when my manager told me to check on the price and there might be a need to register 2 more .com.sg domain for the company. Note: Okay, it’s been a while since my last blog post. I admit after I started to work, I am slacking a lot. I do not maintain all my blogs, sites, and of course my online income also drop a lot. Anyway, this post is regarding my latest encounter in my life.

Recently, about 1 week ago, I notice that my notebook’s CPU cooling fan is not functioning. The fan is not spinning. The next thing is I worry that my notebook’s processor might gets too heated up.
As usual, the first thing I done is … search for the parts in eBay!! Yes, I am ebayer~~ I found the cheapest cooling fan which is meant for other model but compatible with my notebook model is selling at USD $6.99 + USD 4.60 for shipping to Singapore.

Telekom Malaysia shouldn’t remove the cap. Providing fast broadband connection without cap is just another way of encouraging ‘piracy’. More users will download since their speed is fast and there is no cap of data transfer they can download.
A simple example, during my stay in Australia for my studies, at first my friends and I were dissapointed at the broadband they offered at Australia. The place we were staying, we were paying about $69.90 for 1.5Mbps broadband speed for 70 – 80GB of data transfer. If we exceeded the cap, the speed will be reduced to 512kbps.

What is Exabytes?
You’ve heard a lot about Exabytes probably from your friend or maybe someone posted about Exabytes in Facebook or Twitter. Exabytes is the web hosting company that I have been hosting my websites for the past 4 years. I never regret after I decided to host my sites with Exabytes all this years because I’m getting good customer services, the cheap domain pricing, web hosting promotions and the most basic thing is the overall price is good. In these 4 years, I enjoyed so many promotions and freebies from exabytes such as FREE movie tickets and good bargain for web hosting deals on special occasions such a on Chinese New Year, Hari Raya or even ST Patrick Day! Not to forget, Exabytes CEO, Chan Kee Siak always celebrate the awards that Exabytes received by having more promotions to current clients or new clients. No wonder, Exabytes is voted as no 1. web hosting company in Malaysia.
